DRAFT — pending review by the owner and a lawyer. Not yet in force as final terms.
Terms of use
Last updated: October 31, 2026 (draft).
1. What PnLol is
PnLol is software that reads public Solana blockchain data for a wallet address you enter and calculates estimated profit, loss and cost basis. It is a beta product.
2. Not advice
Software, not tax, legal or investment advice. Estimates may be wrong. Verify with a tax professional. PnLol is not a tax preparer, accountant, lawyer, broker or investment adviser, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. You are responsible for your own tax filings and decisions.
3. Estimates can be wrong
Results depend on public data sources (the Solana network, Coinbase Exchange price candles, DexScreener) and on assumptions that are described on the site, for example first-in first-out matching, treating token transfers out as moves between your own wallets, and valuing coins with no market at $0. Data can be missing, delayed or wrong, and some transaction types may be misclassified. Check every number before you rely on it.
4. Acceptable use
Do not try to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or bypass the rate limits of the service, and do not use it for anything unlawful. We may limit or block access to protect the service.
5. Your keys
PnLol never asks for private keys, seed phrases or wallet signatures. Anyone asking for them in our name is not us.
6. Paid features
Paid exports are not available yet. When they are, their price, what is included, and the refund policy will be shown before purchase.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any taxes, penalties, interest or losses arising from use of the service. [Owner/lawyer to finalize: liability cap amount, governing law (California?), dispute resolution.]
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do.
